Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Rs.250 advance is required to confirm your order before processing.

2. Shipping Duration & Charges

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan with the following estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (only in Faisalabad )

Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery location and order weight. Final charges will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in major cities.
• Customers must have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within Pakistan.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted areas.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support at grapespk@hotmail.com

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

• Any modifications to shipping details must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours with images at grapespk@hotmail.com.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
