Shipping:

• Shipping: Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days, while express takes 1-3 days (if available).
• Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within Pakistan and do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• Order Modifications: Changes to shipping detaisls must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.

Returns:

• Returns & Refunds: You can return items within 3 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return. If a refund is requested, it will be processed and sent to your bank account within 6 working days. If your order included free delivery, half of the delivery charges will be withheld from the refund amount.
• Damages & Issues: Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours with images at grapespk@hotmail.com for a replacement or refund.
• Exchanges: Return the item and place a new order once approved, No free delivery on order exchange.
